Total Investment of 117 Million Yuan! Shaanxi Jinfeng 10,000 Cubic Meter Vanadium Flow Battery Electrolyte Production Line Construction Project Started

According to Jinduicheng Molybdenum Group, on the morning of 28 May, the unveiling ceremony of Shaanxi Jinfeng Vanadium Energy Storage Co., Ltd. and the groundbreaking ceremony of the first phase of vanadium flow battery (10,000 m³) electrolyte production line construction project were held.
It is reported that the newly established Shaanxi Jinfeng Vanadium Energy Storage Co., Ltd. was jointly funded by Jinduicheng Molybdenum Group Co., Ltd. and Hunan Yinfeng New Energy Co., Ltd., and is located in Zhongcun Town, Shanyang County, Shangluo City. It mainly produces vanadium flow battery electrolyte, manufacturing of vanadium flow battery related equipments, battery leasing, energy-saving management services, energy storage technology development, battery sales, etc.
The first phase of the vanadium flow battery (10,000 m³ electrolyte) production line construction project started this time is located in Wuzhou Vanadium Industrial Park, Zhongcun Town, Shanyang County, Shangluo City. It is planned to cover an area of 24 mu, with an estimated total investment of 117 million yuan and a construction period of 12 months. It mainly builds an annual production line of 10,000 cubic meters of vanadium flow battery electrolyte and supports facilities such as a control centre, testing centre, and power centre. After the project is completed and put into production, it is expected to have an annual industrial output value of 250 million yuan, an annual tax revenue of ∼34 million yuan, and provide employment for ∼200 people.
