Dalian Rongke Power Launches RMB 520 Million Electrolyte and Bipolar Plate Project

On February 24, Dalian Rongke Power Co., Ltd. officially commenced construction on its vanadium flow battery electrolyte and bipolar plate production project, marking a significant step in advancing energy storage technology. The groundbreaking was announced during the Dalian Changhai Cross-Sea Bridge Project Inauguration Ceremony and the City’s Q1 Major Projects Mobilization Conference, held in Pikou Subdistrict, Pulandian District.
According to the Dalian Development and Reform Commission, the city has prioritized 242 major projects in the first quarter of 2025, with a total investment of RMB 119.9 billion. Among these, Rongke Power’s new facility stands out as a key initiative supporting China’s growing energy storage sector.

- Three advanced electrolyte production lines
