Invinity Announces First Endurium Enterprise Order: 3.5 MWh Vanadium Flow Battery System for Solar-Plus-Storage Site in France

Invinity Energy Systems plc, a leading global manufacturer of utility-grade energy storage, has announced the first sale of its Endurium Enterprise vanadium flow battery system, following the product’s launch earlier this year.

The project will deploy a 3.5 MWh Endurium Enterprise systemco-located with an existing onsite PV array, at Charles Murgat, an aquaculture business in France. Selected for its safety and durability, the vanadium flow battery will help the facility maximise self-consumption of solar generation, strengthen resilience, and provide additional services such as peak load management

Invinity said the installation of vanadium flow batteries is expected to deliver a significant reduction in energy costs, while improving resiliency and enabling the site to operate with a reduced carbon footprint, supporting Charles Murgat’s environmental and ecological commitments.

Endurium Enterprise is specifically designed for commercial and industrial (C&I) customers seeking proven, safe and cost-effective on-site energy storage to deliver low-cost, low-carbon electricity on demand

Project commencement remains subject to receipt of relevant construction permits, expected soon, with delivery of the batteries anticipated in H2 2026
