Invinity Energy Systems plc (“Invinity”), a global manufacturer of utility-grade long-duration energy storage, today announces two new sales agreements in Hungary totalling 20 MWh, alongside a trading update for the year ended 31 December 2025.
- Two new sales agreements totalling 20 MWh with Central European Vanadium Storage Kft, a subsidiary of Ideona, for solar-plus-storage projects in Hungary.
- Projects include an 8 MWh Endurium system in Veszkény (western Hungary) and a 12 MWh Enduriumsystem in Dunaföldvár (central Hungary), co-located with existing solar PV.
- Agreements are conditional on Notice to Proceed (NTP); Invinity expects NTPs in H1 2026 following financial close, with deliveries expected to commence in H1 2026.
- Invinity anticipates 2025 revenue and project grant income of ~£17m and reports a ~£17m signed 2026 order book (approximately £8m committed and £9m uncommitted).
- Continued progress on major projects, including the Invinity Copwood VFB Energy Hub (20.7 MWh), expected to be fully operational in H1 2026, with Enel X engaged for dispatch and revenue optimisation.
- Ongoing participation with partners in the UK’s LDES Cap & Floor Scheme, covering bids totalling up to 16.7 GWh across 21 projects, with Ofgem guidance towards a final determination in summer 2026.

The Endurium VFB systems will be deployed alongside existing solar PV to support greater self-consumption, energy shifting, and grid services, improving renewable utilisation and local grid flexibility. The projects are expected to be supported in part by Hungarian government funding.
Invinity reports significant progress through 2025 across commercial execution, operations, product range expansion and product cost reduction—following the Endurium launch and continued focus on scaling its manufacturing footprint. Invinity confirms it has successfully concluded deliveries to several major projects expected for completion within 2025, and has commissioned additional projects in North America, including a 10 MWh project at Viejas Resort and Casino and a 4 MWh project for PowerFlex on the Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians’ tribal lands, with commissioning at Rincon expected in January 2026.
The Company expects to record approximately £17m in 2025 revenue and project grant income and reports a ~£17msigned 2026 order book, providing a meaningful base for anticipated 2026 revenues alongside a substantial pipeline of opportunities.
