Green V Energy GWh Vanadium Flow Battery High-End Equipment Manufacturing Project
On August 31, a significant signing ceremony took place at the Shenyang High-Tech Zone Management Committee and Kangping County, marking the launch of major energy projects. The event included the signing of the GWh Vanadium Flow Battery High-End Equipment Manufacturing Project by Green V Energy, a centralized wind power generation project by Oriental Wisdom (Hebei) New Energy Co., Ltd., and a similar project by China Power Investment Corporation Shandong Ecological Energy Co., Ltd. The ceremony was attended by County Mayor Wang Lixun, who warmly welcomed the companies' investments in Kangping and expressed gratitude for their choice.

During his speech, Mayor Wang highlighted Kangping’s resource advantages, business environment, industrial layout, and promising future in new energy development. He emphasized that the establishment of these projects would inject new vitality and strong momentum into creating a vanadium flow battery energy storage industry base in Kangping. He encouraged both the local government and enterprises to use this signing as a starting point to enhance cooperation, leverage unique advantages in resources, policies, funding, and platforms, and broaden cooperation fields to achieve mutual benefits. 100MW/400MWh Vanadium Flow Battery Energy Storage Station Project
On September 1, the 2024 World Power Battery Conference opened in Yibin under the theme "New Power, Green Future." At the conference, the Sichuan V-Liquid Energy 100MW/400MWh Vanadium Flow Battery Energy Storage Station Project was officially signed during the major projects signing ceremony of the Sichuan Province New Energy Vehicle and Power Battery (including energy storage) event. Sichuan Shuneng Mineral Co., Ltd. also made a notable appearance as a new energy cathode material manufacturer.

The signing ceremony saw the formal agreement between the Leshan City Government and Sichuan V-Liquid Energy Co., Ltd. for the 100MW/400MWh Vanadium Flow Battery Energy Storage Station Project. This project, as one of Sichuan's first new energy storage pilot demonstration projects, represents a significant breakthrough in applying advanced energy storage technology and a milestone in Leshan City's strategic layout in the new energy storage industry. The collaboration between government and enterprises reflects a strong consensus and firm support for the development of the new energy storage industry. The project's implementation will alleviate the rapidly growing electricity demand in Leshan, promote the development and utilization of new energy in Sichuan Province, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system. Furthermore, this project will significantly contribute to the cultivation and development of the vanadium flow battery energy storage industry, driving green transformation and sustainable development in the region.
Investment and Development Agreement for 100MW/400MWh Vanadium Flow Battery Industrialization Project
On the morning of August 30, a meeting was held in Lufeng between the Chuxiong Jinjiang Energy Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Polymer Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., and local government leaders, including Mayor Dou Xiaojun and other officials from various departments. The discussions focused on the development of a vanadium flow battery energy storage construction project.

During the meeting, the Lufeng City Government, Chuxiong Jinjiang Energy Group Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Polymer Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. signed the "Investment and Development Agreement for the 100MW/400MWh Vanadium Flow Battery Industrialization Project in Chuxiong Lufeng City." Additionally, a tripartite agreement was signed for the Chuxiong Lufeng Vanadium Flow Battery Energy Storage Industrial Project, outlining the formation of a joint venture company, the establishment of a dedicated project team, project planning and design, land acquisition, plant construction, equipment procurement and installation, and the trial production schedule. The agreement clearly defined each party's responsibilities and established a mechanism for swiftly advancing the project.
