On 3 May, the reporter walked into the production workshop of V-Liquid Energy vanadium flow battery energy storage equipment located in the Shuangchuang town of Ganquanpu economic development Zone, and the workers were rushing to make orders.

The V-Liquid Energy vanadium flow battery energy storage equipment project, with a planned investment of 1 billion yuan, has officially entered the trial operation stage, another new energy storage enterprise with rapid mass production in the Ganquanpu Economic Development zone.
"Our first production line has started trial operation, and the second and third production lines are expected to be assembled and put into trial operation in the second half of this year. After all three production lines are completed, they can reach a production capacity of 200 megawatts per year," said Fan Chenglong, Deputy General Manager of V-Liquid Energy (Urumqi).
It is reported that the vanadium flow battery energy storage system consists of a battery compartment, electrical compartment, energy storage tank, and supporting cooling system. Unlike common energy storage systems that use lithium-ion and lithium iron phosphate batteries, vanadium flow batteries are highly safe and have a long cycle life but are also more environmentally friendly.
